PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for generating and verifying a weighting relation between a drug and an adverse drug reaction (ADR).SOLUTION: A system 10 comprises: a public data monitoring module 30 for monitoring a social media 20 with respect to linkage between a drug and an ADR; a knowledge extraction module 40 for extracting a relation between the drug and the ADR using named entity recognition, and providing a weighting relation between the drug and the ADR; a local knowledge base 50 for storing the extracted relation between the drug and the ADR together with the weight of relation; a relation elaboration module 70 for elaborating the weighting relation in accordance with one or a plurality of ontologies of the drug and the ADR symptom, using domain knowledge in an ontology database 60; and a quantization ADR module 80 for quantizing the weighting relation on the basis of a link between the drug and the ADR extracted from study publications and clinical test reports or the number of hit cases as searched from drugs and ADRs using an Internet search engine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
