To provide a technique for printing ink quantity control for depositing a fluid within a precise tolerance.SOLUTION: An ink printing process adopts droplet quantity measurement and processing software per nozzle for planning a combination of droplets so as to reach specific total ink filling per target region and granting minimum and maximum ink filling compliance that is set in accordance with a specification. In various embodiments, different droplet combinations are generated through different print heads/substrate scan offsets, offsets between print heads, use of different nozzle drive waveforms and/or the other technique. A pattern of filling variation can be optionally introduced so as to reduce line effects observable in a completed display device.
