The present invention relates to a surgical guiding device for bone perforation in osteosynthesis processes, comprising: a first arm (1) comprising a first toothed ring (2) intended for being arranged on the coronoid; a second arm (4) comprising a second toothed ring (3) intended for resting on the bone perforation starting point, and onto which an interchangeable head (5) with different sizes can be screwed, intended for guiding the introduction of needles or drill bits for performing bone perforation; an intermediate portion (10) made up of respective widened sections (11a and 11b) of the arms (1, 4), which are integrated around a rod (6'), enabling a controlled clamp-type movement between the arms; an ergonomic wheel (6) which enables stable sliding between both arms; and a spring (9) that exerts pressure on the first and second rings (2, 3) compressing the fracture and keeping the assembly stable.
