The present invention relates to a calculus removing device capable of stably removing a calculus without injuring a human body by photographing and measuring the size of the calculus, the device comprising: an insertion tube having an inner space formed therein; a guide tube inserted in the inner space of the insertion tube and moving therein; a wire inserted inside the guide tube so as to be movable therein; a basket provided on the front of the wire and capable of grasping a calculus; a photographing unit provided on the front end of the guide tube and photographing the calculus grasped by the basket; and a control unit electrically connected to the photographing unit and analyzing an image photographed by the photographing unit. Thus, the distance between the photographing unit and the basket is calculated and used to measure the actual size of the calculus.
