Disclosed are a system for generating a three-dimensional panoramic roaming model. The system comprises: a photographic device for taking and acquiring N images including GPS information, respectively labeling each of the N images, and uploading the labeled images to an image processing device, wherein N is an integer greater than one; and the image processing device for sequentially performing automatic land filling, direction correction, position solution, and decryption processing on all the received images in order to generate a three-dimensional panoramic roaming model. The system for generating a three-dimensional panoramic roaming model provided in the embodiments of the present invention can quickly generate a VR panoramic roaming model that is capable of realizing all-round interaction, can break through spatial limitations and can increase a VR panoramic manufacturing velocity, thus also being conductive to enhancing the user experience.
