The present invention addresses the problem of providing a three-dimensional prosthesis model generating device and the like with which it is possible for prostheses suitable for each patient to be designed rapidly.The three-dimensional prosthesis model generating device disclosed in the present application generates a three-dimensional model of a prosthesis to be arranged in a location in which teeth are missing, and is provided with: a missing location identifying unit which identifies a missing location of a tooth, from oral cavity data of a subject; an interdental space measuring unit which measures a distance between teeth adjacent to the missing location; a provisional prosthesis data generating unit which generates provisional prosthesis data, which are three-dimensional data representing a solid shape which fills a gap at the missing location, taking the distance measured by the interdental space measuring unit as a maximum width dimension, and which is a solid shape set as a provisional solid shape of the prosthesis; and a three-dimensional prosthesis model generating unit which generates the three-dimensional model of the prosthesis of the subject on the basis of a learning result relating to the shape and size of the prosthesis, learned using a plurality of three-dimensional models of prostheses that have been stored in advance, and the provisional prosthesis data generated by the provisional prosthesis data generating unit.
