Provided is a processing method for preparing 3-methyl-3-butenyl-1-ol from formalin solution and isobutene by means of a reactor, the objective of the method being to react a formalin solution and isobutene in a reactor to implement continuous production, breaking through the constraints of traditional kettle-type reaction processing volumes and eliminating the problem of clogging in the production process, and thereby providing a processing solution for the continuous production of isopentenol. The advantages are: 1. solving the problem of the depolymerisation of paraformaldehyde in traditional processing; 2. achieving a substantial breakthrough in terms of processing volumes and solving the bottleneck of traditional reactions being unable to achieve large processing volumes; 3. greatly improving the product quality; and 4. solving the problem of equipment and pipeline clogging in the production process.
