A power system and information system combined scheduling system based on an intelligent node overlay network, which belongs to the field of information interaction and network architecture. The system comprises a plurality of intelligent nodes connected to each other, wherein each of the intelligent nodes comprises: an intelligent node interaction port, a power system interaction port, an information system interaction port, a data fusion and convergence module, a data storage module and a data processing module; and each intelligent node acquires information of a power system and an information system, and local optimal combined scheduling control policies on the other intelligent nodes, generates, after processing converged information of the power system and the information system, the local optimal combined scheduling control policy of the intelligent node for the power system and the information system, and sends the policy to a calculation load scheduling unit of the information system and an energy scheduling unit of the power system for implementation.
