The present invention relates to a method for improving the charging/discharging speed characteristics of a MXene and carbon nanotube-based energy storage device and, more particularly, to a method for improving the charging/discharging speed characteristics of a MXene and carbon nanotube-based energy storage device in order to improve the charging/discharging speed characteristics of an energy storage device by increasing the specific surface area. In order to achieve the above objective, the present invention provides a method for improving the charging/discharging speed characteristics of a MXene and carbon nanotube-based energy storage device, comprising the steps of: a) preparing a MXene solution; b) preparing a carbon nanotube solution; c) forming a mixed solution by mixing the MXene solution and the carbon nanotube solution; d) decompression-filtering the mixed solution and forming a composite film; e) drying the composite film; and f) heat-treating the dried composite film.
