The present invention relates to a fiber mat made of wood fibers and thermoplastic binder and to a method and a device for the production thereof. In order to provide a fiber mat which, compared to the known fiber mats, has better dimensional stability and is therefore more versatile, the method according to the invention comprises the following steps: a.
