The present invention relates to an electrochemical two-stage electrodeposition method for repassivation of corroded reinforcing bars in a concrete structure, and more particularly, by using a rectifier, an electrochemical device system, the corroded rebar in concrete is negative (-) With a metal such as stainless or titanium as the positive electrode (+), two-stage electrodeposition is performed in an electrolyte solution of Mg(OH) 2 and Ca(OH) 2 to neutralize concrete with an alkali solution and prevent limescale precipitation. By accelerating and enabling re-passivation, it is possible to significantly reduce the maintenance/repair cost by shortening the process time and maximizing the effect, and using Ca 2+ , Mg 2+ ions, CaCO 3 , Mg(OH) 2 In a concrete structure that is uniformly deposited on the surface of the cathode (reinforcing bar) in the form of a compound and coated with a calcareous deposit, which becomes a physical barrier that inhibits the diffusion of dissolved oxygen on the surface of the reinforcing bar and reduces the corrosion rate.
