The device consists of collapsible units that are assembled together before operation. The unit responsible for sealing should be in the working position with the maximum extended shaped support 1 of the rigid patch 3 for more conveniently and quickly fixing it in the hole. The sealing gaskets 2 and 4 are inserted into a rigid patch 3 and are placed on a shaped support together with a washer 5 and a shaped nut 6 with two pins 7, 8 pressed into it. The tightening unit contains a hollow cylinder 9 with a stepped internal cylindrical surface, from the lower end of which two diametrically located slots 10 and 11 are made for the pins of the shaped nut. To rotate the hollow cylinder around the step rod 15 along the annular outer groove 16, a pin 12 is pressed into the cylinder wall.
