A method for providing travel commerce based on a messenger chatbot and a service platform for performing the same are provided. According to an exemplary embodiment, travel commerce including Hotel T-Commerce, Hotel Home Shopping/Brand T-Commerce, Hotel TaxFree T-Commerce, Hotel Local T-Commerce, LBS (Location-Based Service) T-Commerce, etc. to be described later (T-Commerce) can be provided to users in an easier and simpler way. Also, according to an exemplary embodiment, a Before-In-After integration service is possible. Specifically, the hotel accommodation service booked through OTA is linked with the CMS server and the PMS server, and additional confirmation through check-in (Guest One Click Login) based on the user's phone number stored or linked here (Guest One Click Login) -Uninterrupted service is possible not only in Stay but also in In-Stay.
