The present invention discloses a meat-flavored hamburger patty using a heme-like molecule derived from seaweed and fish meat, and a method for preparing the same. The meat-flavored hamburger patty using seaweed-derived heme-like molecules and fish meat of the present invention contains 95 wt% of trimmed fish meat, 3 wt% of the first additive containing garlic, onion, salt and pepper, and heme-like molecules extracted from seaweed 1.5 wt % of the substance and 0.5 wt % of a second additive comprising minerals, essential amino acids and vitamins.
