The present invention relates to a cancer POCT diagnosis system capable of rapidly discriminating early cancer, capable of prognostic diagnosis capable of showing cancer treatment effects such as anticancer drugs, and accurately diagnosing cancer with high sensitivity. The present invention relates to a core comprising a magnetic reactive metal; a shell layer surrounding the core and having a uniform thickness; and a capture probe introduced on the shell layer to capture a biomaterial, wherein the capture probe includes an antibody using a biomarker as an antigen for cancer diagnosis.
