The present application relates to a polyamide composition (P) comprising certain flat glass fibers (B) having an elongated shape with a non-circular cross-sectional area. The polyamide composition (P) is advantageously used for the production of molded articles. The present invention also relates to the use of molded articles obtainable by molding polyamide compositions (P) for the production of machine parts. The molded article is characterized by having improved fatigue resistance. In one embodiment, the present invention also relates to a polyamide composition (P) comprising flat glass fibers (B) and PA 6.6 as polyamide (A) as defined in the claims and in the specification.
