REINFORCEMENT MAT OF ON-SITE HYDRATION TYPE USING TUFTING CONNECTION THREAD MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME AND METHOD FOR REINFORCING CONCRETE STRUCTURE

As an on-site hydration reinforcing mat for maintenance or reinforcement of concrete structures, it uses a tufting connector according to the tufting process of a loom with the lower surface, premix binder and upper surface formed. By doing this, the lower outer shell, premix binder and upper surface can be tied and fixed in the vertical direction. Also, by using a loom equipped with a conveyor system, the on-site hydration type reinforcing mat can be automated by a collective tufting process using a tufting connecting yarn. Production is possible, and accordingly, the manufacturing cost of on-site hydration type reinforcing mat can be reduced, and also, by filling the space within the field hydration type reinforcing mat with a non-directional short-fiber mixed binder to increase the tensile strength, it can be applied to the load action. Provided are a field hydration type reinforcing mat using a tufting connecting yarn, a method of manufacturing the same, and a method of reinforcing a concrete structure using the same, which can suppress the occurrence of cracks.
