PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler and resin composite with enhanced handleability.SOLUTION: A filler and resin composite material 1 is provided with: a filler layer 5 which is an aggregation of fillers; a resin layer 6 which is filled with resin of at least one end of the filler layer 5 in the thickness direction and from which a tip end of the one end of the filler layer is outcropping; and a separation member 3 laminated on the resin layer 6 and separable from the resin layer 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
