Aspects of the present disclosure include methods of producing a circulating analyte profile of a subject. The method comprises the steps of contacting a blood sample from the subject with a probe panel for specific binding to an analyte, and detecting the presence or absence of binding of a probe of the probe panel to the analyte. It also has a capture probe panel and is equipped with a sensor device that is useful, for example, to carry out the method of the present disclosure.
