The binder composition of the present invention is a copolymer containing an alkylene structural unit and a nitrile group-containing monomer unit, and containing a nitrile group-containing monomer in a copolymer containing an alkylene structural unit and a nitrile group-containing monomer unit. The copolymer contains a copolymer having a content of 10 to 30% by mass and an iodine value of 40 to 100 mg and 100 to 100 mg, and an organic solvent having a boiling point of 100 ° C. or more.
