Behavior enhancement and goal-setting system and apparatus

A behaviour enhancement and goal-setting system 10 and apparatus provides a user with a physical representation of the user’s progress in an activity so as to reinforce behaviour supportive of the activity. The basic behaviour enhancement and goal-setting apparatus includes a sleeve 18 and a series of activity reinforcement badges, including a foundation badge 12, and primary (29, 34, 37, 40) and secondary (50-55) activity badges. The sleeve is formed from an elastic fabric material and includes proximal 15 and distal 16 open ends, and inner 19 and outer 20 sleeve surfaces. Activity reinforcement badges are attachable to the outer sleeve surface. The foundation badge is attachable to the outer sleeve surface. The distal foundation badge edge includes a series of primary activity badge alignment demarcations. The series of primary activity badge alignment demarcations are aligned end-to-end along a distal foundation badge edge for demarcating a series of activity badge alignment regions in distal adjacency to the distal foundation badge edge. The system can be used to motivate and reward children for physical activity.
