Disclosed are a DCI generation method, cell scheduling method, system, device, and medium; the DCI generation method comprises the following steps: obtaining the length of each field of a target DCI according to the length of each field of an expected DCI corresponding to a target cell, the quantity of target cells being a plurality thereof; it is expected that the DCI is DCI required for scheduling each target cell individually, the length of each field of the target DCI being the length required to be compatible with the corresponding field of the desired DCI; constructing a subfield for each field of the target DCI according to a preset correlation so that each subfield of each field of the target DCI corresponds to one target cell, respectively; generating each field of the target DCI according to the length and the correlation of each field of the target DCI so as to form the target DCI. The present invention makes a target DCI compatible with the scheduling information of a plurality of cells.
