Resistive temperature sensor comprising two electrically conductive tracks (1, 2) placed in proximity to each other, between first and second terminals, in each of which tracks are defined at least a measuring region (E₁F₁, E₂F₂) and a region (B₁C₁, B₂C₂) for compensating for over-etching, the two regions for compensating for over-etching having equal lengths and different thicknesses, and means configured to measure the over-etch between the two regions (B₁C₁, B₂C₂) for compensating for over-etching and to compute calibration electrical resistances of the first and second regions, and means for determining temperature.
