The purpose of the present invention is to provide a two-part curable urethane adhesive whereby it is possible to obtain an adhesive sheet that exhibits excellent cured film properties, can be peeled off with very little force, and exhibits little change in adhesive strength before and after a heat resistance test.　The present invention is a two-part curable urethane adhesive including a main agent and a curing agent, wherein the main agent includes a urethane resin (P) that has a hydroxyl group and is obtained by reacting a polyol component (a) that has a polyfunctional polyoxyalkylene polyol (a1) having a hydroxyl value of 10-350 mgKOH/g as an essential component with a urethane prepolymer (b) having an isocyanate group. The polyfunctional polyoxyalkylene polyol (a1) is a polyoxyalkylene polyol (a11) having a hydroxypropyl group on the end of the molecule represented by general formula (1) and/or an ethylene oxide addition product (a12) thereof, and the curing agent includes a crosslinking agent (D) having an isocyanate group. In general formula (1), X is an m-valent residue obtained by removing all of the active hydrogen atoms from a compound having m of active hydrogen atoms, A is an alkylene group that has 2-12 carbons atoms and that may be substituted with a phenyl group, a halophenyl group, or a halogen atom, Z is a propylene group, m is an integer of 4-10, p is an integer of 0-199, q is an integer of 1-200, and the expression 1 ≤ p + q ≤ 200 is satisfied.
