The present invention relates to a system for supervising construction of a structure, the system comprising: a crane including an imaging device; a 3D modeling server for generating 3D modeling data by receiving a plurality of 2D images of a subject captured by the imaging device; an external server including structure-related information of the subject; and a user terminal device for receiving the structure-related information from the external server and displaying the structure-related information. The 3D modeling server receives the structure-related information from the external server, extracts supervision information matching the 3D modeling data from the structure-related information, and transmits the supervision information to the user terminal device.
