FIELD: electroplating. ;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating and can be used for pre-processing of small-sized parts made of an alloy based on copper with internal holes and grooves for electrodeposition of coatings on them, including microwave connections. The method includes ultrasonic cavitation treatment with a frequency of 22 kHz in a 20 vol.% aqueous solution of copper sulfate in a sealed chamber with an excess hydrostatic pressure of 0.25 MPa for 10-15 minutes, after which the parts are etched and then electrolytically cleaned in an aqueous solution of oxalic acid in volume ratio 50:1, and after electrolytic cleaning, immediately loaded into the bath for electrodeposition, while maintaining the fullness of the internal volumes of the parts with an aqueous solution.;EFFECT: method providing surface preparation and electrodeposition of a uniform coating on the outer and inner surfaces of small-sized parts, as well as increasing their wear resistance in the contact zone, reliability and performance characteristics, in particular, microwave connectors. ;1 cl, 3 dwg, 2 tbl
