The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a barrier film coated by spray-type layer self-assembly and a method for evaluating properties thereof. The manufacturing method of the barrier film of the present invention includes a first step of spraying a cationic solution on the specimen, a second step of washing with deionized water, a third step of spraying an anionic solution, and a fourth step of washing with deionized water The layered self-assembled coating of the spray method composed of one cycle is performed, and the thickness of the desired layered structure can be easily controlled by repeating the coating operation, and rapid and uniform coating is possible on various specimens. Furthermore, the present invention can utilize the control of mass transfer and suppression of corrosion by providing a property evaluation method according to the cyclic voltammetry method performed with three electrodes of a barrier film manufactured by spray-type layer self-assembly coating.
