The manufacturing method of the barrier film of the present invention includes a first step of spraying a cationic solution on the specimen, a second step of washing with deionized water, a third step of spraying an anionic solution, and a fourth step of washing with deionized water The layered self-assembled coating of the spray method composed of one cycle is performed, and the thickness of the desired layered structure can be easily controlled by repeating the coating operation, and rapid and uniform coating is possible on various specimens.
