The present invention relates to a shear testing apparatus for high-strength steel molded articles. In the lower mold, a high-strength steel plate is placed on the upper surface. As the upper mold is molded from the state separated from the lower mold, the high-strength steel material is molded into a molded article. The die is spaced apart from the lower mold to the other side, receives the molded article input from one side, and supports the effective part of the molded article on the upper surface in a state in which the ineffective part of the molded article is drawn out to the other side. As the pad moves downward from the upper side of the die while being supported by the elastic force, the lower surface pads the effective part of the molded article. The punch moves downward from the upper side of the die, and as the punch blade intersects the die blade portion of the die, the shearing part of the molded product is sheared.
