Provided in the present invention is a pure shear test device for a welding part which comprises: a fixated main body which includes a first holding unit where a welding part of a test piece is held, and a second holding unit, where one end of the test piece is held; a keeper unit which is placed in the upper part of the first holding unit in order to fixate the welding part of the test piece to the fixated main body for limiting the rotations of the welding part; a holder unit which is placed in the upper part of the second holding unit in order to fixate one end of the test piece to the fixated main body; and an interval regulating member which is placed between the first holding unit and the keeper unit, in order to regulate an interval between the first holding unit and the keeper unit by corresponding to the thickness of the welding part of the test piece. The interval regulating member is composed of multiple interval regulating units, and can regulate the interval between the first holding unit and the keeper unit by stacking the interval regulating members according to the height of the welding part of the test piece. In addition, the interval is formed between the keeper unit and the first holding unit in order to allow the test piece to rotate. Therefore the pure shear test device can accurate measure rupture load due to pure shearing load by effectively limiting the rotation of the welding part.
