An integrated control method and system for home appliances using artificial intelligence are provided. The method for integrated control of home appliances includes transmitting usage information or status information of a user terminal to a server, and determining whether and what type of integrated control mode for a plurality of home appliances that are registered in a user account and linked through a network is started. Determining based on information, generating a plurality of control commands for the plurality of home appliances based on the determined integrated control mode, respectively, providing the plurality of control commands to the user terminal, and the user and controlling, by the terminal, each of the plurality of home appliances through the network on the basis of the plurality of control commands.
