The present invention relates to a method for monitoring an ecological disturbance species using a drone hyperspectral image by processing the hyperspectral image image taken by a drone so that quantitative and qualitative analysis on the spread and change of ecological disturbance species can be made. According to the present invention, there is an advantage that quantitative and qualitative analysis of the time-series distribution change trend of ecological disturbance species is possible.
