The present invention relates to a precast type expansion joint method using a latex-based elastic goose asphalt composition and waste plastic, wherein the latex-based elastic goose asphalt composition contains 10 to 20 parts by weight of natural latex rubber based on 100 parts by weight of natural goose asphalt solution (TLA). 1 to 10 parts by weight of high molecular weight elastic polymer modifier, 1 to 5 parts by weight of waste plastic fiber grid, 5 to 10 parts by weight of limestone aggregate, 5 to 20 parts by weight of peeling inhibitor, 1 to 20 parts by weight of adhesion promoter, antioxidant 1 to 5 parts by weight, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of a plasticizer. According to the present invention, by providing a precast type expansion joint method using a latex-based elastic goose asphalt composition and waste plastic, there is an effect of reducing the construction time in the field while being strong in plastic deformation.
