The present invention is a vehicle height adjustment device provided to raise and lower the left (FL) and right (FR), rear left (RL) and right (RR) four places of the vehicle body, respectively; a vehicle height control unit for controlling the vehicle height adjustment device to raise or lower the front left and right sides and the rear left and right sides of the vehicle body; and a weight estimator configured to measure the time or operating speed required for raising or lowering the vehicle body, and calculating an expected vehicle weight value by comparing the required time or operating speed with preset reference data.
