The operation of hovering the drone by lowering the altitude of the drone to the reference height, the operation of lowering the water spout to the water sampling depth in the hovering state, the operation of starting pumping when the water outlet reaches the water sampling depth, and the operation through the hose during water collection It includes the operation of measuring the quality of the introduced water and transmitting it to the ground control device, the operation of raising the altitude of the drone when the completion of water collection is sensed, and the operation of terminating the pumping according to the deviation of the water collection depth of the water outlet.
