A SoC, a memory device, an electronic device, and a method for storing data in the electronic device are provided. The electronic device includes a memory device including a host for outputting data, and a memory for receiving and storing data, wherein the host controls data provided to the memory device according to a data parallelizing method inside the memory device. DBI (Data Bus Inversion) information is generated and provided to the memory device, and the memory device provides data encoded according to the DBI information provided from the host to the memory according to a data parallelization method.
