An unmanned aerial vehicle that performs flight control through learning, comprising: a processor for acquiring at least one image including information about an environment around the unmanned aerial vehicle and physical information of the unmanned aerial vehicle; a map processor for generating an obstacle map based on the image of the surrounding environment of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the physical information obtained from the processor; and determining the flight operation of the unmanned aerial vehicle through an artificial neural network based on the image of the surrounding environment of the unmanned aerial vehicle acquired from the processor, the physical information, and the obstacle map acquired from the map processor, and the result of the determined flight operation and an artificial neural network unit that updates the artificial neural network based on a value.
