A HYBRID PALETTE-DPCM CODING FOR IMAGE COMPRESSION

摘要

The hybrid palette-DPCM coding implementation creates a palette for the most dominant colors in the image block and an index block based on the palette. Also, for pixels that are not in the palette, DPCM coding is used. By combining palette coding with DPCM coding, the image encoding process is optimized.
