The present invention relates to a sleeve-integrated drain box for a ceiling-type air conditioner and a piping installation method for a ceiling-type air conditioner using the same. Specifically, according to embodiments of the present invention, in the sleeve-integrated drain box installed on the wall for installing the refrigerant pipe and the drain pipe of the ceiling-type air conditioner through the wall, the first opening surface formed on both sides and and a box housing capable of being embedded in the wall so that a second opening surface is exposed on both sides of the wall, wherein the box housing includes: a box portion in which the drain pipe is installed; and a sleeve part through which the refrigerant pipe passes, wherein the box part and the sleeve part are integrally formed.
