The present invention relates to a method for producing uniform block copolymer particles with controlled shape, and uniform block copolymer particles with controlled shape produced thereby, and uniform block copolymer particles with controlled shape according to one aspect of the present invention. A method for preparing the coalesced particles includes dissolving a block copolymer and a statistical copolymer in an organic solvent to prepare a disperse phase; preparing a continuous phase using an aqueous surfactant solution; preparing emulsion droplets by mixing the dispersed phase and the continuous phase; and forming uniform block copolymer particles with a controlled shape while controlling a phase behavior from the emulsion droplets.
