The present invention relates to a technology for providing one-to-many matching foreign language learning between a foreign language instructor and a learner using an online message. Compared to the native speaker, the foreign language instructor responds quickly to questions and answers, the learner's questions and answers are inexperienced in the foreign language. Considering the fact that this is done slowly, it is limited by dealing with other learners without delaying time between one learner preparing a question or answer while one foreign language instructor has a learning channel open with multiple learners at the same time. It's all about the art of making the most efficient use of lecture time.
