The present invention is a powder regenerated fuel using petrochemical waste, which is a powder fuel in the form of solidifying liquid petroleum by simply pulverizing petroleum compounds into fine particles and mixing with torrefied charcoal powder as a catalyst to be added. Eggplant is a high-quality, high-efficiency renewable fuel. In addition, the powder regenerated fuel production apparatus of the present invention is a device of a very simple structure consisting of a drum crusher and a powder dust collector, and since waste plastics and various combustible wastes can be converted into powder regenerated fuel, high-quality, high-efficiency fuel can be produced inexpensively. Therefore, the present invention is made to be able to replace the conventional fuel for industrial boilers such as coal or kerosene with a low-cost, high-efficiency fuel.
