FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.SUBSTANCE: invention relates mainly to oil production and is intended for utilization of oil production wastes, petrochemistry and preparation of process solutions. Modular unit is made in form of technologically connected main functional modules, each of which is made in factory conditions: process vessel, acid station with pump equipment, chemical mixer, heat exchanger, flotation unit, filter press, separation unit, floatation sludge tank, emulsion mixer, pump unit, wherein modules are connected to each other by pipelines and have dimensions allowing transportation of modules along motor roads.EFFECT: possibility of recycling a wide range of oil production wastes, petrochemicals and can be used for preparing process solutions, modular design principle allows transporting it by road and installed directly at the place where wastes are formed.1 cl, 1 dwg
