Provided are a toroidal magnetic core, a toroidal transformer, and a toroidal inductor and an automatic manufacturing method therefor. The toroidal magnetic core (2) comprises a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core; a step (202) is formed on the first magnetic core by staggering end portions of a first magnetic block (201) and a second magnetic block (203) by a certain angle; the step (202) is formed on the second magnetic core by staggering end portions of a third magnetic block and a fourth magnetic block by a certain angle; and two end portions of the first magnetic core and two end portions of the second magnetic core are respectively docked by means of dispensing an adhesive in the horizontal direction of the step (202) to form the toroidal magnetic core (2). Due to the fact that the adhesive dispensing positions thereof are not on a magnetic path of the toroidal magnetic core (2), the electrical parameters of the toroidal magnetic core (2) are not affected, such that the toroidal magnetic core and the toroidal inductor or transformer have stable electrical parameters.
