Disclosed are a construction apparatus for deep stirring by using a curing material and a construction method therefor, which belong to the technical field of construction in foundation engineering. The construction apparatus comprises a drilling machine, a drill rod, a drill bit, a power head, a booster pump, a drag reduction material box, a water tank, a curing material supply bin, an air compressor, a conveying apparatus, angle steel, a first channel, a second channel, a converter, a sliding groove and a fixing bolt, wherein the drill rod is internally provided with the first channel and the second channel, the angle steel is welded on the drill rod, and the length of the angle steel is equal to that of the drill rod; and the drag reduction material box, the water tank, the booster pump, the first channel, the air compressor, the material supply bin, etc., are connected by means of high-pressure rubber pipes. According to the present invention, by means of the action of a drag reduction material, stirring resistance is obviously reduced; by means of arrangement of nozzles with different pore diameters, automatic conversion is carried out in drill feeding and drill lifting processes, and automatic conversion of slurry in different construction stages can be achieved; and air pressure caused in the construction process can be effectively reduced by means of arranging angle steel.
