The detection system comprises a sheath flow module (100), a first laser (110), a first fluorescence receiving module (140), and a signal processing module (160), wherein the sheath flow module (100) is used to make a plurality of magnetic ball composites pass through a detection region of the sheath flow module (100) one by one; the first laser (110) is used to emit a first laser to the detection region so as to excite a first fluorescent substance to produce first fluorescence; a scattered light receiving module (130) is used to receive forward scattered light of N intensities corresponding to N particle-sized types of magnetic balls after passing through the detection region on a first side of the sheath flow module (100), and convert same into N particle-sized types of classification parameters; the first fluorescence receiving module (140) is used to receive the first fluorescence after passing through the detection region on a second side of the sheath flow module (100) and convert same into quantitative parameters; and the signal processing module (160) is electrically connected to the scattered light receiving module (130) and the first fluorescence receiving module (140), and receives and processes the N particle-sized types of classification parameters and the quantitative parameters so as to separate the plurality of magnetic ball composites into N types and calculate the content of a substance to be detected correspondingly.
