PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION OF DIPEPTIDYL PEPTIDASE-4 INHIBITOR, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF

A pharmaceutical composition containing a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor, and a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The pharmaceutical composition contains a compound shown by formula I as an active ingredient, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and an excipient; the excipient contains a filler and a lubricant, and optionally contains a disintegrant; the filler is (1) a microcrystalline cellulose, (2) the microcrystalline cellulose and lactose, or (3) a phosphate salt of the microcrystalline cellulose and calcium. The preparation method for the pharmaceutical composition is simple and convenient, and is suitable for direct compressing and tableting; moreover, a tablet prepared from the pharmaceutical composition has preparation properties, such as favorable appearance, tablet hardness, friability, a disintegration time, and content uniformity of the active ingredient, and good stability.
