The present invention relates to a patch-type test kit for self-determination of an alcohol-tolerant constitution and a self-determination system comprising same and, particularly, to a patch-type test kit for enabling a user to quickly identify his/her alcohol-tolerant constitution in a simple method anytime and anywhere, and a self-determination system for providing self-determination information related to drinking alcohol and the like by using information obtained through such a patch-type test kit. The patch-type test kit comprises: a patch body attached to the skin and containing an ethanol solution; and a finishing cover attached to the lower portion of the patch body to cover the lower portion of the patch body, wherein the patch body includes a solvent-free adhesive layer and a nonwoven fabric portion which is disposed under the solvent-free adhesive layer and into which an ethanol solution is absorbed, and the finishing cover includes a nonwoven fabric storage groove to prevent leakage of the ethanol solution absorbed into the nonwoven fabric portion. The self-determination system comprises an application which is installed in a portable terminal having a camera built therein, and determines whether a user has an alcohol-tolerant constitution by comparing a photograph of skin taken before the patch body of the patch-type test kit is attached to the body and a photograph of skin taken after the patch body is attached for a predetermined period of time. Accordingly, the present invention enables a user to simply identify a constitution according to his/her alcohol metabolism only by attaching a patch body to his/her skin for a predetermined period of time.
