The present invention relates to a method for producing a customized sitting cushion capable of monitoring body pressure distribution in real time, the method comprising the steps of: (a) collecting basic information relating to physical information, function information, psychological information, usage environment information, and wheelchair operation ability of a subject; (b) making an imitation of a seated body shape of the subject; (c) three-dimensionally scanning the imitation of the seated body shape to generate scan data, and performing modeling by using the scan data; (d) producing a sitting cushion having a curved shape corresponding to the seated body shape of the subject on the basis of the scan data; (e) correcting the seated body shape by measuring body pressure distribution of the subject with respect to the produced sitting cushion; and (f) disposing a sensor unit for detecting a seated posture of the subject on the produced sitting cushion and monitoring the sensor unit.
