PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct with a short time calculation amount, a graph index capable of finding an approximate solution or a solution close to an exact solution maintaining high accuracy at the time of search execution with a small calculation amount.;SOLUTION: A graph generation apparatus includes: an input unit that inputs n pieces of objects as n pieces of vertices of a search target; a generation unit that generate a partial vicinity graph which is a graph having the n pieces of vertices, and which has vicinity sides, as well as sides other than the vicinity sides as sides between the vertices; and an output unit that outputs the partial vicinity graph.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
