PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbo fan which improves a welding strength according to ultrasonic welding as compared to the conventional turbo fan.SOLUTION: A turbo fan 10 is fabricated by separately molding a main plate 12 or a shroud 131 provided with a plurality of welding fitting parts 124 and blade members 134 of the same number with the plurality of welding fitting parts with thermoplastic resin and integrating the main plate or shroud and the blade members according to ultrasonic welding. Therein, the welding fitting parts are provided with a wall part vertically provided so as to surround a circumference of the blade members fitted to the welding fitting part and, further, an inclination part provided on a bottom part inner lateral surface, and the blade members are fitted to the welding fitting parts and are ultrasonic-welded to the main plate or shroud while being brought into contact with the inclination part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
